Ministry Introduction

Dears in Christ,

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

I thank God for giving this wonderful opportunity to write about this great mission by His grace.

Right from my early days of accepting Jesus as my Lord, God entrusted me with the burden and vision to spread the Gospel in North India. In December 2009, He opened the doors to begin ministering unto them under the name “God’s Vision Ministry”. When this vision was explained, my childhood friend Joseph walked with me to conduct a survey in Chhattisgarh and start as small in Sipat, a village in Chhattisgarh. God helped us to get through the initial struggles that any evangelistic ministry goes through and at the end of seven wonderful years has allowed us to reach and introduce the Gospel to many people in villages like Akaltara, Nipania, Pamgarh, Hirapur, Bhatapara & Dantewada. We were also able to reach out to the slum areas in Bilaspur, Raipur & Bhatapara. Currently we are praying to approach another village called Tendua, where there is no Pastor or even a single Christian.

Living in South India, we have to thank God because He has given us an environment that is conducive to spread the gospel without much opposition. Thanks to this, many in our states have at least heard the gospel once in their lifetime. But at the same time there are places and people in the North who do not know Christ as we know which is tragic. Living in God-given comfort, we should not forget or deny our responsibility to spread the Gospel to these places and people. Most of us cannot go to these places and preach the Gospel but we can be a part of this ministry by praying and supporting the people and missionaries who are working for this great cause.

Through these years as God gave us new ideas to continue to drive this ministry as per His will. As part of this, we started ministering through publishing our magazine “God’s vision” in Telugu. 

This helped us to introduce our ministry to our local people and get their prayers and support, in great times of need. Currently we plan to translate the magazine into Hindi and English so that we can benefit a wide range of people and be benefited by their prayers as well.

We have in the past organized Medical Camps and were able to help the poor and the needy. Plans to give out Biblical material through the Soft Media are currently under works and we would appreciate your prayer support on that.

We have only two people in the mission field right now, but our belief is that in His time, God will raise this ministry for forwarding His purpose. Looking at our own need, we are burdened to train missionaries who are fully equipped to stay strong in the mission field. A lot of training centres are focused on Pastoral training but not on Mission training – and we see this as a gap that we could fill for the sake of the Indian Church.

We are small but we believe that we are being led by God. Many of God’s children – our fellow believers are working in the background out of their own freewill to run this ministry by utilising their talents and time for Writing, Praying, Editing, Sharing the Word, Counselling etc.,

Please consider this letter as a request to you to uphold this ministry in your personal prayers and in your prayer groups. Pray that the wheels that were set in motion will not stop until the Gospel is preached to every people-group in our great country. We request you to please spread this news to your friends and churches so that they too can pray for us.

We ourselves pray to the Lord that He would cleanse our entire nation with His blood and Word. We also uphold the various ministries, missionaries, churches and prayer groups in our prayer cell. We would also like to pray for you – so, if you have any requests that you want us to pray for you, please let us know. We believe that God will work out miracles if we pray for one another.
